Ms. Sokly Te, a Chinese language teacher at Aii Language Center (Tuol Kork Campus), gave a presentation on the traditions of Chinese people in celebrating Chinese New Year. Chinese New Year is the largest traditional festival in China and also a day for family reunions. Before Chinese New Year comes, all families start cleaning their homes, buying New Year’s supplies, and putting lucky stickers in their houses. On the other hand, those who live far away are always in a hurry to come back home to welcome the arrival of the new year.
