Aii Language Center, Toul Kork was founded as the second campus of the Aii Language Center. The campus was established to cater for the demand for the quality education in the middle to high income residential area.

Aii Language Center, Toul Kork was established on April 17, 2014, located at House No. 26, Street 289, Sangkat Boeung Kak 1, Khan Toul Kork, Phnon Penh, Cambodia.  It is an eight-story building.  The total square footage of a building is 5,913.27 m2 and the land size is 685 m2.  The building consists of:
